- 金瓜500g(切粒) Pumpkin 500g (cut into small cubes)
- 白米3杯(3杯水) Rice 3 cups (3 cups of water)
- 鸡丁200g Diced chicken 200g
- 虾米200g(浸软剁碎) Dried shrimps 200g (soaked and chopped)
- 蒜茸、小葱头茸各1汤匙 Garlic and shallots - minced, 1 tablespoon each
- 香菇4~5朵(切粒) Dried mushroom 4~5 pcs (soaked and diced)
- 干贝丝 Dried scallop (shred into tiny pieces)
调味料 Seasonings:
- 1汤匙蚝油 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 酱油1茶匙 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 胡椒粉和盐少许 pepper & salt to taste
做法 Directions:
- 将2汤匙油放入炒锅内,之后将蒜茸、小葱头茸、虾米、鸡丁、冬菇、金瓜和白米依序炒香。
Put 2 tablespoonfuls of oil into the wok, then stir fry the garlic & shallots minced, dried shrimps, diced chicken & mushroom, pumpkin cubes until lightly brown, then stir in rice. - 加入调味料拌匀。
Add seasonings and mix well. - 最后,把炒好的材料及干贝丝、水放入饭锅,按电即可。
Lastly, put all the stir-fry ingredients, dried scallop and water into rice cooker, press "cook" button until the rice is done.
