香辣脆江鱼仔
材料:
江鱼仔
大葱
小辣椒
调味料:
糖
鱼露
做法:
1)热锅烧油把江鱼仔炸脆。(沥干油)
2)用炸过剩下的热油把大葱炒香,接着放入小辣椒炒几下,加入沥干油的江鱼仔,调味料一起翻拌均匀,熄火。
备注:
可淋上少许的柠檬汁或是酸柑汁
